MA in English Literature from Berhampur University.
PGDM in Advertising and Marketing from Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan, Mumbai.
Advance trainers certificates in NLP and Master trainer and train the trainer coach.
Life member of Central Institute of Professional Development, (CIPD) London.
Associate member of World Institute of Action Learning (WIAL) NASSCOMM certified master trainer.

Worked in the Adversting industry for 4 years. Worked as HR in BPO industry for 15 years.
Worked as an editor of a magazine in Mumbai for 5 years.
Worked in the test prepping industry with TIME and Endeavour as verbal ability coach and mentor.
