Internal Committee (IC)
The Internal Committee (IC) at Regional College of Management (RCM), formerly known as the Internal Complaints Committee (ICC), has been reconstituted on 21st June 2025 in compliance with AICTE regulations and the POSH Act, 2013. The committee ensures a safe, respectful, and inclusive learning environment for students, faculty, and staff.

Mandatory Disclosure
Constituted in the year 2024-2025- RCMs anti ragging committee consists of eminent members who strive hard to boycott ragging and aim at providing a safe and friendly environment for freshers.
Ragging in any form is banned inside and outside the RCM campus. Any misconduct by a student, whether by words spoken or written or by an act which includes physical abuse, teasing, rude treatment or any undisciplined activity is taken into strict consideration by the Anti-Ragging Squad of the institute.
Regional College of Management is affiliated to Biju Patnaik University of Technology (BPUT), Rourkela, Odisha and the MBA Program have been affiliated to BPUT. The college has also been recognized by Government of Odisha.
