Our Placement Process
Regional College of Management provides extensive placement and recruitment support to students to help them kickstart their careers. Our dedicated placement cell that comprises experts from various industries, provides comprehensive career guidance services, counseling, and training to enhance students’ employability skills. We also conduct on and off campus placement drives, job fairs and invite top recruiters to our campus to provide students with opportunities to interact with industry leaders and secure placements. Additionally, we offer networking and mentoring programs, internships and project opportunities to give students hands-on industry experience. Our goal is to ensure that every student is equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in their respective fields.
SIP Program @ RCM
Our pre-placement internships offer students a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience and knowledge of the business world. By working on a summer project with leading corporate firms, students can learn the depth and rigor of their chosen field while collaborating with industry leaders. This approach emphasizes ‘learning by doing,’ allowing students to apply their theoretical knowledge in practical situations and connect theory to business realities. During the 8-10 week closely-guided project, students work on tasks according to the company’s specifications and submit a report at the end of their internship. Our students’ exceptional performance often results in Pre-Placement Offers (PPOs), enabling them to launch their careers in the business world. We are proud to have arranged paid internships for all our students, providing them with valuable experience.
