The Apex Body of the Institute
In pursuance of the recommendation of the Regional College of Management Trust (RCMT) vide its resolution No.3 dated 23-04-2024, the Governing Body of Regional College of Management, (A Unit of Regional College of Management Trust) Bhubaneswar is reconstituted as per the policy, norms and regulation of AICTE approval process handbook, Annexure-17, Recommended Composition of Board of Governors (BoG)/ Board of Management (BoM) of the Technical Institutions 2024-27 and to comply the letter of Employment & Technical Education and Training Department, Govt. of Odisha issued on 13-01-2015 vide letter No.184/ETET for re/constitution of Governing Body (GB) of the institute.

Governing Body
In pursuance of the recommendation of the Regional College of Management (RCM) Trust vide its resolution No.3 dated 26-06-2015, the Governing Body of Regional College of Management, Bhubaneswar has reconstituted with the following members as per the policy, norms and regulation of AICTE.
Advisory Board
Eminent academicians, industry experts and corporates form the advisory board, and are responsible for guiding the institution by providing a roadmap for building excellence in the system, process and practices.
Academic Council
The highest academic body reviews syllabi and academic regulations, takes decisions relating to admission, scholarships, extracurricular, infrastructure facilities etc.
Board of Studies
The eminent members use their expertise for designing innovative and industry oriented syllabi, defining the evaluation technique and guiding other academic activities.
Formation of Grievance Cell
A Grievance Cell has been constituted under the Grievance Redressal Committee to provide a mechanism to students, parents and employees to solve their grievance.
Appointment of Ombudsman
An ombudsman has been appointed for MBA & PGDM programmes for the purpose of redressal of grievances of the students, parents & other employees.
Grievance Cell
Formed for MBA & PGDM students of RCM with an aim to prevent unfair practices & enable students, parents, other employees raise grievance.

Regional College of Management (RCM), Bhubaneswar, the first management college in Odisha, was established in 1982. The college has been approved under section 2(f) and 12 (b) of the UGC Act. The institute has been conferred the status by UGC in the year 2009. It is the first management institute in Eastern India conferred by the University Grants Commission. The institute since its inception, developed immensely in all areas of management education.
