INTERNAL QUALITY ASSURANCE CELL (IQAC)
Overview
The Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) of Regional College of Management (RCM), Bhubaneswar, has been established in accordance with the guidelines of UGC, AICTE, and NAAC to promote continuous quality enhancement in academic and administrative performance.
IQAC serves as a catalyst for institutional excellence by developing systematic processes, benchmarks, and best practices aimed at improving teaching-learning, research, governance, innovation, and stakeholder satisfaction.
Objectives
- Develop and apply quality benchmarks.
- Promote innovative teaching-learning methodologies.
- Facilitate academic and administrative audits.
- Encourage research, consultancy, and extension activities.
- Strengthen documentation and institutional data management.
- Organize quality-related workshops, seminars, and training programs.
- Ensure continuous monitoring and evaluation of institutional performance.
Functions of IQAC
- Collection and analysis of feedback from stakeholders.
- Documentation of quality enhancement activities.
- Coordination of NAAC/NBA/AICTE quality initiatives.
- Development and maintenance of institutional databases.
- Promotion of research culture and innovation.
- Conducting Academic and Administrative Audits (AAA).
- Preparation and submission of AQAR reports.
- Facilitating quality-focused collaborations and best practices.

Role of IQAC Coordinator

- Organize meetings and monitor execution of IQAC decisions.
- Encourage research development and institutional excellence.

- Encourage participation in national and international conferences.
- Coordinate quality initiatives aligned with UGC/AICTE/NAAC/NBA guidelines.
- Ensure adequate infrastructure and financial support.
- Empower committees to maintain high academic standards.
