Regional College of Management has reconstituted the Grievance Redressal Committee (GRC) for the academic year 2025–26 to address and resolve grievances of faculty and staff members effectively, as per AICTE guidelines.

Objectives

To provide a fair and effective mechanism for redressal of grievances raised by faculty and staff members of the institution.

Process

How to file a grievance

Submit grievances online through the WEB SIM ERP portal. The process is confidential and straightforward.

Log in to WEB SIM ERP

Visit www.rcm.ac.in and log in using your institutional credentials.

Open Employee Grievance

Click Employee Grievance from the main dashboard after logging in.

Select grievance type

Choose EMPLOYEE GRIEVANCE as the grievance category from the dropdown.

Submit your grievance

Enter all relevant details clearly and click Save to submit. You will be notified of the outcome.
