Institution–Industry Cell (IIC)

Overview

The institution-industry cell (IIC) of RCM, Bhubaneswar has been formed in accordance with the recommendations laid down by the AICTE. Furthermore, the initiative aims at providing learning experiences that keep pace with changing requirements of corporates as well as advances in technology.

By means of internships, live projects, consultancy services, research cooperation, training sessions, and other industrial interaction activities, the cell helps close the gap between theoretical knowledge acquired from books and actual industrial experience. The cell, therefore, provides learners an opportunity for exposure to business environment and technological advancements.

Furthermore, through innovative and productive activities, the institution-industry cell encourages innovativeness, employability, entrepreneurship, and skill development among others.

Institution-Industry Cell (IIC) for Academic Year 2025-26

Regional College of Management (RCM), Bhubaneswar has formally constituted the Institution-Industry Cell (IIC) for the Academic Year 2025-26 as per the AICTE Approval Process Handbook 2024-27, Clause 6.5.3, Sub-Clause (p). The notification formally announces the committee constitution, objectives, and operational guidelines for the cell.
