RCM Bhubaneswar · Student-led
Six clubs. One panel. Radiant sits above every student club at RCM and turns the whole lot into flagship events.
Radiant is not a single-theme club. Six clubs sit under it, and the Radiant panel keeps them on one calendar — so a finance conclave, a retail fair and a hackathon all pull in the same direction instead of competing for the same week.
Its job is to turn classroom learning into real exposure — conclaves, business fairs, hackathons, festivals — and channel that into the college’s flagship events.
Each club runs its own events and takes its own members. Radiant coordinates the calendar and the panel behind all six.
People, culture and the human side of management.
Markets, money and financial decision-making.
Selling, branding and running a live retail floor.
RCM's tech and coding wing.
Process, supply chain and the numbers behind delivery.
Voice, debate and stage presence.
Twenty-one office bearers elected by students across PG and UG programmes.
Heads the Radiant panel and coordinates all six clubs under it.

Two of the people who run Radiant, on what the club is actually for.
Radiant works because six clubs share one calendar. A finance conclave, a retail fair and a hackathon stop fighting for the same week — and every one of them gets a full house.
Nobody hands you a manual for putting a thousand people in a hall. You learn it on the floor — sponsors, permissions, a stage that has to be ready by nine. That is the real syllabus here.
