RCM is conducting a 2-day intensive workshop on the ‘Job-Readiness Program’ for undergraduates of educational institutions across Odisha. RCM boasts a legacy of 40 years while successfully training 15,700 students who are working across the globe in companies like Hindustan Unilever, Cadbury’s, Pepsi, Coca-Cola, Volkswagen, Wipro, Infosys, Deloitte, Ernst & Young, KPMG, PWC, and top banks.RCM wants to help the youth of Odisha to find a direction in their career search and make them industry ready.

Regional College of Management (RCM), Bhubaneswar, the first management college in Odisha, was established in 1982. The college has been approved under section 2(f) and 12 (b) of the UGC Act. The institute has been conferred the status by UGC in the year 2009. It is the first management institute in Eastern India conferred by the University Grants Commission. The institute since its inception, developed immensely in all areas of management education.
