The conference welcomed several esteemed guests. Professor Soumendra M. Patnaik, Vice Chancellor of Utkal University and OUAT, attended the inaugural function as the Chief Guest. Professor Naheem Mamtab from the School of Business at IUB, Bangladesh, and Professor Aurobindo Tripathy from IIM-A attended as Guests of Honour.
Professor Patnaik said,“Business should emphasize on technology with a human touch.” Professor Tirupati insisted that,“Attitudinal change is vital to any business”, and ProfessorMahtab observed,“Best practices should be done in a rhythm and flow that you can control.”
Seminars On Changes In Global Economy

RCM organised the seminar on 29 March 2019 to discuss changes in the global economy.
Professor Kasinath Jena from Tripura University served as the chief speaker. He shared his knowledge and experience on changes in the global economy over the past two decades. He also discussed their impact on prevailing marketing and HR strategies.
Professor Jena explained how the market monopoly of several popular brands from the pre-globalisation era declined due to a lack of innovative ideas. He emphasised the importance of ideas in driving knowledge and technological development. He also explained how continuous research and development in technology supports economic growth and discussed the growing role of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP).
