The academic calendar for the academic year 2023–2024 was made public on Tuesday by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). Students can view the calendar via the council’s official website, aicte-india.org.

The final date for AICTE to grant clearance or refuse it for technical institutes is June 10 (not applicable to standalone PGDM and PGCM institutions).
The final date for granting approval after the appeal is June 30. The last date for the grant of affiliation by the university or board is July 31, and the last date for cancellation of seats for technical courses with a full refund of fees is September 11.
For standalone PGDM and PGCM institutions, the last date for granting or refusing approval by AICTE is June 10.
After an appeal, the final timeframe for obtaining approval is June 30. September 11 is the final day to withdraw from PGDM and PGCM colleges’ admission programmes and receive a full-price refund.
The last date for admission to courses in PGDM and PGCM institutions is September 15.
For institutions with ODL (online programmes, the last date for the grant of approval will be as per the UGC policy. The last date for admission to courses in open and distance learning (online learning) modes for both sessions will be according to UGC policy.
