The need for management roles in corporate world is increasing so the management students become the demand of every first organization. The hunting of business graduates has accelerated since 2015 and now on companies want management and leadership skills that to survive in the current uncertain, volatile, ambiguous and complex environment. The reason is clear, the number of colleges are offering many courses and after graduation companies hire the business graduates. Yet companies are collectively spending millions annually to train their employees but that is not enough to get the satisfied results. In present world no one believes in traditional way of working, every firm wants people who are multitasker and able to handle worst of the worst scenarios. Employers are seeking for the interpretive, communicative, perpetual and affective skills to command the business as well as the situations. 3. Interpersonal Skills: Management roles are all about building relationship and be communicative integrally. To build a good team that person need to earn the respect and trust of their teammate. In that situation the interpersonal skills of a management students help them the most to pitch.  

4. Awareness:  The management students always upgrade their skills as per the demand. They try to be aware about the business trend related to every field. They understand the sector that the company belongs to, know about the political and economic issues and follows the competitor of company. These all awareness helps in their work and the firm.
