Started in the year 1982, Regional College of Management (RCM) was established with the sole purpose to provide the students with a beacon. From the first year of our establishment itself, we were radical in our approach, curriculum, and people.
This tradition of active expedient factor is articulated in our motto “Passion for Innovative Education”. As well as, innovative work, and impactful engagement of faculty, students, and staff.

The programmes under the School of Business Studies are designed to enable students to:
- To groom the students in sound management concepts, analytical tools, practical and general managerial skills.
- To develop sensitivity and capability to continually respond to rapidly changing environment.

- To instil in the future industry-leaders a life-long sense of participation, involvement, and satisfaction.
- To strengthen the training, research, consultancy and MDP activities.

- Highly skilled placement cell securing more than 90% placement. Thousands of z, have got on-campus placements and about 600 students have been placed before completion of the degree.
- Top Scholars have to go through one personal interview round, group discussion and written examination depending on the courses taken on their previous courses, and then the evaluation process takes place for shortlisting the best student. Thus, only 15% students get selected.
- Hi-tech Campus expanded up to 1,35000 sq. ft. area with ERP implementation within the campus for advanced learning and Super-fast wireless network for seamless video conferencing, video education and hassle free internet learning with Broadband connectivity is about 300 MBPS
- Corporate Culture for our students who act as mentors and give them firsthand experience about the corporate culture. It clearly helps the students during their first job as they get to learn about the etiquettes, culture and the principles of corporates.
- Industry Specific Education here is the main orientation of teaching is practical industry. We help our students gain firsthand experience through regular industry visits. Our focus goes beyond education as we help our students gain the extra edge through leadership, patriotism, business ethics, corporate presentations and more.
- Personality Enhancement, we focus on all round development of a student and work on their personality to help during the all-important interview and flourish in the corporate world. Prior training is imparted on presentation skills, dressing sense, sitting posture, body language etc.

RCM offers a number of excellent scholarship schemes to meritorious and worthy students at the time of admission. It offers highly beneficial scholarships per annum to students seeking admission to PGDM, MBA,MCA programmes through OJEE Exam. To avail the scholarship, an applicant is required to take the scholarship exam that consists of a personal interview, written test and group discussion. Candidates seeking admission to the BBA and BCA programmes can also avail various scholarships. These scholarships are offered based on the candidate’s performance in the class 12th exam.
