Groove It is a high-energy group dance competition that showcases the power of teamwork, coordination, and collective creativity. Teams bring their vision to life through synchronized choreography, creative themes, and dynamic stage formations.
Performances often incorporate storytelling, innovative transitions, and powerful visual patterns that create an immersive stage experience. The combination of music, choreography, and group dynamics transforms the stage into a spectacle of rhythm and movement.
Groove It celebrates collaboration, creativity, and the ability of teams to deliver powerful and unforgettable performances.
Rules & Regulations Follow the rules, steal the spotlight.
- Categories & Style: Teams compete in Folk or Modern categories; all artistic styles are permitted, but vulgar songs or lyrics are strictly prohibited.
- Team Composition: Groups must consist of a minimum of 5 members and a maximum of 13 members.
- Timing & Audio: Performances are limited to 5 minutes (overtime results in penalties); tracks must be in MP3 format and submitted one day prior.
- Judging Criteria: Evaluation is based on creativity, musicality, formations, stage presence, synchronization, costume, and presentation. direct imitation or copying of existing choreography is discouraged.
- Finality: The judges’ decision is final and binding for all participating teams.
