Band Blitz is an electrifying battle of musical talent where college bands perform live on stage, bringing together powerful vocals, dynamic instrumentation, and energetic stage presence.
Bands present either original compositions or innovative reinterpretations of popular songs, demonstrating their musical chemistry and artistic creativity.
With guitars roaring, drums echoing across the stage, and audiences cheering with excitement, Band Blitz transforms Brahmotsav into a high-voltage live music experience.
Rules & Regulations Follow the rules, steal the spotlight.
- Team Composition: Groups must consist of a minimum of 5 members and a maximum of 8 members.
- Performance Timing: The performance duration is set between 8 to 12 minutes; exceeding this limit will result in negative markings.
- Equipment & Lyrics: The use of live instruments is mandatory; the inclusion of any explicit or vulgar lyrics is strictly prohibited.
- Judging Criteria: Evaluation is based on coordination, stage energy, and overall musical quality.
- Finality: All performances are subject to the judges’ final decision, which is absolute and binding.
