Foot Loose is a powerful platform for individual dancers to showcase their talent through expressive solo performances. This competition celebrates the beauty of movement and storytelling through dance, allowing participants to perform in a wide range of styles.
Dancers may present classical, contemporary, hip-hop, Bollywood, fusion, or freestyle routines, each reflecting their unique artistic identity. Through choreography, rhythm, and emotional expression, performers captivate audiences and judges alike.
The event evaluates technical precision, creativity, musical interpretation, and stage presence, rewarding dancers who can transform movement into a compelling performance experience.

- Categories & Style: Performances are divided into Classical and Modern categories; all artistic styles are permitted within a 3-minute limit.
- Eligibility: All participants must present a valid College or Institute ID card as proof of eligibility at the time of registration.
- Audio Requirements: Participants must provide their own backing track in MP3 format and submit it at least one day prior to the event.
- Safety & Conduct: The use of dangerous props and any vulgar or inappropriate content is strictly prohibited to ensure a safe environment.
- Judging: Scoring is based on creativity, musicality, expression, and stage presence; exceeding the time limit results in negative markings, and the judges' decision is final.
