Quick answer

INIZIO 2026 Day 3 is part of MBA Orientation 2026–28 at Regional College of Management (RCM), Bhubaneswar. Its centrepiece, Corporate India Quest, had 22 student groups research India’s industries and present their findings, before the day introduced Radiant Club — five domains built to help MBA students explore career pathways ahead of the RCM MBA programme.

Day 3

INIZIO 2026 Day 3: from orientation to industry awareness

By Day 3, MBA Orientation 2026–28 moves from team-building into something closer to a working research project. Students are handed a real, sprawling question — how does India's geography map onto its corporate ecosystem — and asked to answer it in groups, with data, not guesses. The day closes by turning that outward-facing research inward, introducing Radiant Club as a place for MBA students to start narrowing down which part of business — HR, marketing, operations, IT or finance — actually interests them.

Corporate India Quest: India's map meets India's corporate map

Corporate India Quest split MBA students into 22 groups, each researching a different part of India's industrial and corporate landscape. Twenty-one states were represented, with one group taking on the Seven Sisters region — turning a country-sized subject into something a small team could actually study in depth.

Regional Insight, Corporate Perspective

From India's map to India's corporate map

The exercise’s real value sits in the connection it forces: a state isn’t just a place on a map, it’s a cluster of industries, headquarters and job markets. Learning to read that connection early gives MBA students a more concrete way to think about where specific sectors are concentrated — useful context for later decisions about internships, specialisations and where a career might actually take them.
