Regional College of Management provides efficient industry oriented Summer Internship Program for the industry exposure and excellent placements facilities to build an illustrious professional career for the aspiring students.
Summer Internship Program
Regional College of Management provides a distinctive Summer Internship Program which gives the students an extensive platform to experience the industry exposure. The students are divided on the basis of their educational streams or they can choose any verticals that they are comfortable to work on. Over 200 organizations participate in the Summer Internship Program including various sectors including FMCG and FMCD, Banking, Insurance, Finance, Manufacturing Industries, Power Sector Industries and more. Students avails dual options to choose the organizations they can work with. A detailed analysis is done on each of the domains chosen by the students and faculty members are assigned to a group of students to provide adequate guidance throughout the internship program. After completion of the project, an approval is sought from the industry guide (who certifies the same) and a presentation is made before committee comprising of Internal as well as External Faculties. The evaluation is completed as a whole. Many of the students also get PPOs for doing outstanding work during the Summer Internship Program.
Placements
RCM has an impeccable track record in placements. Its world class programs shape the intellectual and academic skills of the students, including their holistic personality. RCM builds students as strong professionals who lead the world of corporate. The institution ensures quality placements through strong pre-placement training imparted by the highly proficient faculties of RCM.
RCM has consistently placed students in companies from multiple sectors and the momentum continued in the current year as well. RCM managed to place more than 90 percent students with exceptional salary packages.
Placement Timing – The Recruitment Process takes place during the last term of the final academic year, which begins in the first week of November every year.
Guidance imparted to the students during the preplacement training :
- To make the students aware of the wide range of career options and various organizations available.
- To help them realize their skillsets, unique personality traits, strengths and weaknesses while making career choices.
