Summer Internship Program
Regional College of Management provides a distinctive Summer Internship Program which gives the students an extensive platform to experience the industry exposure. The students are divided on the basis of their educational streams or they can choose any verticals that they are comfortable to work on. Over 200 organizations participate in the Summer Internship Program including various sectors including FMCG and FMCD, Banking, Insurance, Finance, Manufacturing Industries, Power Sector Industries and more. Students avails dual options to choose the organizations they can work with. A detailed analysis is done on each of the domains chosen by the students and faculty members are assigned to a group of students to provide adequate guidance throughout the internship program. After completion of the project, an approval is sought from the industry guide (who certifies the same) and a presentation is made before committee comprising of Internal as well as External Faculties. The evaluation is completed as a whole. Many of the students also get PPOs for doing outstanding work during the Summer Internship Program.
