The committee, consisting of members selected from different disciplines, organizes fair study, social and educational activities to improve students’ careers. They work closely with industry partners to provide internship opportunities, industry information and mock interviews to ensure students are prepared for their careers. The committee is committed to supporting professional development and playing a key role in shaping the future of RCM students. 

Key Functions:

1. Skill Development: Organizes training programs, mock interviews, group discussions, and personal interviews to enhance students’ skills and readiness for employment.
2. Career Counseling: Provides guidance on academic progress, career goals, and entrepreneurship, along with disseminating information about job opportunities in both government and non-government sectors.
3. Industry Connections: Maintains a strong network with top firms to facilitate internships and job placements, both domestically and internationally.
4. Support and Monitoring: A team of student coordinators and representatives actively supports and monitors the placement process, ensuring that students receive the necessary training and guidance​.
