IPL 2022 Will Start Soon! BCCI Announced The Opening Ceremony

The Indian Premier League season is about to begin. The season begins on March 26 with a match between the Chennai Super Kings and the Kolkata Knight Riders. The IPL will include ten teams this year. Big personalities that are dominating international cricket lead teams. 

This year’s league will take place behind closed doors in three locations, including Dubai and Sharjah. The first match will be contested at 7:30 p.m. IST. At Wankhede stadium in Mumbai  .

IPL 2022 Season 15 Launching Ceremony 

As per the covid guidelines, this time again the team’s promoters will not be present behind the scenes during an IPL match. However, BCCI president Sourav Ganguly has assured that IPL 15 will be a massive money generator for telecasters since all the fans will tune in to watch the matches. “The broadcasters are really anticipating the highest IPL rating this season because they feel if (people) don’t turn up on the ground, they will be watching on their television sets,” added Ganguly, who also called it a good thing.

The live IPL 2022 will begin on March 26, 2022, and will end on May 29, 2022. The opening ceremony and finals of the Indian Premier League 2022 will be held at Mumbai’s Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel Stadium. According to COVID-19 rules, the matches will be played in stadiums in Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, and Pune, with an audience occupancy rate of 25%. Wankhede Stadium and DY Patil Stadium will host 20 matches apiece, while Brabourne and MCA International Stadium in Pune will host 15 matches each.
