This will be the second extension of the entrance exam for undergraduate admission. The exam window was originally set to run from May 21 to May 31, however, it was later expanded to June 7. The admit cards for June 9 to June 11 have now been made available by the National Testing Agency (NTA).ย
The dates for more exam rounds will soon be released by the NTA. The announcement of the results is anticipated for July.ย The exams are likely to continue till June 17 and most of these tests will be conducted in Jammu and Kashmir and Jharkhand. The results are expected within 15 days from the date of completion of the exams.ย

For the CUET-UG this year, more than 14 lakh applications have been submitted, a 41% increase from the first edition.
According to the number of candidates, CUET-UG is the second-largest admission exam in the nation. 9.9 lakh students filed their applications for the exam in its first edition, which had 12.5 lakh registered candidates.
Unlike last year, the exam is being conducted in three shifts. Most of the pending candidates are from Jammu and Kashmir and Jharkhand, while there are some from other states and Union territories too who are waiting for the dates. So, far, the CUET-UG has registered an attendance of around 75 percent.
