Both National and international delegates had graced the occasion. Student and faculty from various management Institutions of the country as well as International professionals participated and presented their papers on related topics at different technical session.
Among the esteemed guests present at the conference were Professor Soumendra M. Patnaik, VC Utkal University and OUAT as Chief Guest at the inaugural function with Professor Naheem Mamtab, School of Business IUB, Bangladesh and Professor Aurobindo Tripathy, IIM-A, as Guests Of Honor.
Professor Patnaik said,“Business should emphasize on technology with a human touch.” Professor Tirupati insisted that,“Attitudinal change is vital to any business”, and ProfessorMahtab observed,“Best practices should be done in a rhythm and flow that you can control.”
Seminars On Changes In Global Economy
The seminar was organised in RCM on 29th March 2019 on aspects of changing in global economy. Professor Kasinath Jena, Tripura University, the chief speaker shared his knowledge and experience on how the global economy is changing over the past two decades and its implications on prevailing marketing and HR strategies.
Professor Jena explained how the market Monopoly of many popular brands of the pre-globalisation era collapsed suddenly due to lack of implementation of innovative ideas. He said “idea is the root of everything. Idea is the pathway to knowledge and knowledge opens the road to emerging technologies.” He spoke on how the use of Technology through continuous research and development provides a ladder to growing economy and how the idea has been replaced by Neuro Linguistic Programming or NLP.
