About Anti-Ragging Committee
The Anti-Ragging Committee at Regional College of Management (RCM) is dedicated to maintaining a ragging-free campus environment. It is committed to empowering and enlightening students about the harmful effects of ragging, both on individuals and the institution’s credibility. The committee will ensure the following actions are implemented immediately:
- Organize Awareness Lectures:
Arrange sessions to educate students on anti-ragging rules and regulations. - Complaint Handling: Address all complaints received through the complaint register or other channels.
- Advisory to Anti-Ragging Squad:
Advise the Anti-Ragging Squad to regularly visit sensitive areas like hostels, canteens, libraries, and playgrounds. - Display Banners and Boards: Ensure the display of banners and boards across the campus to raise awareness among students.
- Information Publications:
Include anti-ragging information in brochures, handbooks, and other publications. - Show AICTE Anti-Ragging Videos:
Enlighten students with AICTE’s anti-ragging videos during institute-organized events. - Communication with Parents:
Inform parents of first-year students about anti-ragging rules and the consequences of violations.
