The Regional College of Management (RCM) has officially launched Brahmastra 2025, a one-of-a-kind mega event that promises to be a landmark in student-led fests across India. With participation from 397 colleges and over 33 diverse events in sports, cultural, tech, and management domains, Brahmastra is set to redefine inter-college competitions.
Dr. Pritam Pal, Director of RCM, shared his excitement and vision for the initiative:
“Hey everyone, just letting you know that we’ve started the Brahmastra concept at our university—it’s really exciting! It feels great to be part of this initiative. The Brahmastra project is something big, and it seems like if everyone gets involved, we can really make it work. I’m proud to be a student and now the Director at RCM.”
Highlighting the scale of participation, Dr. Pal shared, “All the colleges are getting invitations this year. It’s going to be a big deal with a lot of hard work and effort from the students. We’ve got around 33 events under the Brahmastra banner—ranging from cricket, kabaddi, volleyball, and basketball to beatboxing, rap battles, fashion shows, hackathons, and management simulations.”
He emphasized the inclusive nature of the festival, welcoming students aged 17 to 25 from colleges big and small. “We already have 680 registrations and 74 colleges onboard. Whether you’re a seasoned performer or a first-time participant, Brahmastra is about discovering your strength and connecting with others.”
Dr. Pal also reflected on the educational value of the event. “The education system is a balanced ecosystem. This fest is not just about entertainment—it’s about empowering students, encouraging creativity, and instilling leadership and collaboration. We’ve integrated learning through real action, which is vital in today’s world.”
Sharing a personal note, he added, “This is my action learning experience. I’ve done my MBA in England, and we learned best through hands-on activities. Brahmastra is built on that principle—learning by doing, leading, and collaborating.”
With a mix of traditional and contemporary competitions, Brahmastra 2025 aims to be a celebration of energy, passion, and brilliance. As the final preparations take shape, the RCM campus is buzzing with anticipation for what promises to be an unforgettable spectacle.
