RGBS’s PGDM (Post Graduate Diploma in Management) is a 2-year full-time program approved by AICTE. It offers dual specializations, international boot camps, live projects, and industry-integrated learning, preparing students for leadership roles in the corporate world.
Applicants must hold a bachelor’s degree (any discipline) from a recognized university with at least 45% marks for reserved categories. Final-year students may also apply.
The PGDM program spans 2 years, divided into four semesters. It includes classroom learning, a mandatory summer internship, and a final-term industry project or OJT (on-the-job training).
Graduates are placed in top roles across sectors such as Marketing, Finance, HR, Operations, and Business Analytics. Job profiles include Business Analyst, Marketing Manager, Financial Consultant, HR Manager, and Management Trainee.
