In effect to the Memo no D141-2020/RCM/001, dated: 05.08.2020 it is herewith notified, in obedience to the Biju Patnaik University of Technology (BPUT) Notification Vie No. BPUT/1955, dated 01.02.2013 and AICTE Public Notice vide Advt. No. PG/07(01)/2012 and AICTE, Regulations 2012 vide Notification No. F37-3/Legal/2012 dated 25.05.2012, a Grievance Redressal Committee has been re-constituted for MBA students of Regional College of Management with the objective to prevent unfair practices and to provide a mechanism to students, parents, others, and employees for redressal of their grievances with effect from 05.08.2020. All aggrieved students, parents and others may henceforth approach the Grievance Redressal Committee of the institution in the first instance; and if they are not satisfied with the decision of the Committee, they may send their appeals to the “Ombudsman” and the Ombudsman shall exercise its powers to hear those grievances and ensure its disposal within one month of the receipt of the appeal.
