According to reports, the department is considering a way to distribute College Leaving Certificates (CLC) to students via OTP (One Time Password). Students sometimes have difficulties submitting CLC when changing school institutions or completing requirements during Plus 3 admissions.
A comprehensive discussion on different factors relating to Plus 3 admissions for the 2022-23 session and CLC through OTP would be taken up at the key meeting held by the higher education department on May 10, sources said.
During the critical conference, admissions for 2021-22 will be reviewed, as will most certainly changes to the Common Application Forms (CAF). The conference, according to sources, will cover admissions for the 2022–23 academic year; cost structure; verification of individuals with disabilities (IVD) certificates; and online verification of caste and other credentials submitted by students.
During the scheduled meeting, which will be attended by regional education directors, heads of institutions, and authorities, a review of the current seats in various hostels for boys and girls will also be conducted.
