OJEE Releases Notice for Modification in the Counselling Schedule

On 22^nd October 2022, the Odisha Joint Entrance Examination released a notice regarding modification in the counseling schedule for various courses. The last date for OJEE counseling has been extended to 26.10.2022, 02.10.2022, and 05.10.2022 for Undergraduate, postgraduate, and lateral entry courses respectively.

UG Courses:

In View of vacancies, it is planned to conduct one more round of allotment (upgradation)for Undergraduate courses (B. Tech, B. Arch, B. Plan, B. Cat, and Int. M. Sc Courses) and the Final Allotment will be published on the 2nd November 2022. After this round, candidates can download their Final Allotment Letter.

Then, they must physically report to their allotted Institute and take final admission on or before 9th November 2022. The candidates, who have already downloaded the Final Allotment Letter, are advised to again download the new one on 2^nd November 2022.

The last date of withdrawal for candidates, who have already got an allotment and have completed online reporting, is hereby extended to 5.00 PM on 30^th October 2022.

It may be noted that no withdrawal/resignation will be accepted after this date. If a candidate does not take final admission in his/ her allotted Institute within the stipulated time, the amount (Rs. 10000/- or 5000/-, as the case may be ) deposited by the candidate as part of admission/seat acceptance fees will be forfeited.

PG Courses

The last date of registration in the 2^nd phase of OJEE counseling for MBA, MCA, M. Tech, M. Arch, and M. Plan Courses, which was earlier notified as 23^rd November, is hereby extended up to 26^th of October, 2022, after which the candidates can download their Final allotment Letters. Then, they must physically report to their allotted Institute and take final admission on or before 9^th November 2022.

Lateral Entry Courses:

The Final allotment for all Lateral Entry courses was published on 18th October 2022. Candidates can download their Final Allotment Letter on the 28th of October, 2022. Then, they have to contact and report to the finally allotted Institute/ college for final admission on or before 5Th November 2022.
