The Odisha Joint Entrance Examination notified spot counselling for Admission into Integrated MBA Course. The notice reads “All the registered OJEE-2023 qualified candidates under Integrated MBA must report at the below-mentioned venue as per the time slot mentioned for counselling and admission to Integrated Course.
The counselling and Admission process will involve verification of documents and final allotment after paying the part admission fees.”
Please note the following:
- The physical presence of the candidate is a must for confirmation of the allotment. No authorization will be entertained.
- Only one person (guardian) will be allowed with the candidate to the counselling hall.
- All the candidates must come with a demand draft of Rs.450/- as a counselling fee (Nonrefundable) and a demand draft of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. 5000/- for SC/ST/PC candidates) towards part admission fees. The demand drafts must be in favour of “OJEE” drawn at any scheduled bank payable at Bhubaneswar.
- Candidates must bring all original (with another set of photocopies) certificates and documents, such as OJEE Rank Card, ID Proof, High School / Birth Certificate, +2 Pass Certificate, +2 Mark Sheet, College/School Leaving Certificate(CLC) etc.
State category
candidates must bring a Permanent Resident/Nativity Certificate, SC/ST Certificate, EWS certificate etc. as applicable in support of their claim for verification.

“The candidates, who get admission in the spot round, shall report to the respective Institutions immediately by submitting a copy of the allotment-cum-admission letter duly signed by the OJEE authority,” stated OJEE Chairman. The notice further added, “Admission will be declared closed as and when seats are exhausted.”
