JEE Advanced 2022 Postponed: Revised Date Has Been Updated! 

The JEE Advanced 2022 exam, which was originally scheduled for July 3, will now take place on August 28.

The JEE Advanced exam has been rescheduled. The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Bombay has revised the Joint Entrance Examination (Advanced) for 2022. The exam, which was supposed to take place on July 3, has been postponed to August 28. 

According to the updated program, registration for the JEE (Advanced) 2022 will occur in two shifts, beginning August 7 (10 a.m.) and ending August 11 (noon) (5 pm). The deadline for enrolled applicants to pay their fees is August 12, 2022. (5 pm). 

Candidates can download their admit cards from August 23, 2022 (10 a.m.) until August 28, 2022.As per the updated timetable, the exam will occur in two shifts. While Paper 1 will be held from 9 am to 12 pm, Paper 2 is scheduled from 2.30 pm to 5.30 pm.  

 The JEE (Advanced) 2022 results will be announced on September 11, 2022. 

According to a statement released by the National Testing Agency (NTA), as the tests have been postponed, it will offer students additional time to prepare. 

The number of attempts a candidate may make in JEE (Advanced) is no more than twice in two consecutive years. 

The Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Advanced is used to determine admission to several undergraduate programmes at IITs. IITs provide admission to undergraduate programmes leading to a Bachelors, Integrated Master, or Bachelor-Master Dual Degree in Engineering, Sciences, or Architecture through JEE (Advanced). Candidates who are participating in dual degree programmes are given both a bachelor’s and a master’s degree following successful completion of the course curriculum requirements. 

Students enrolling in the 4-year bachelor’s degree programme at some IITs have the option of pursuing B.Tech. (Honors) and/or B.Tech. with Minors. Students pursuing a dual degree may also pursue a minor. However, in some IITs, B.Tech. students have the option of pursuing an Interdisciplinary Dual Degree, with a bachelor’s degree in one department and a master’s degree in another.
