PGDM Freshers Party 2019: Hawaiian Vibes
The freshers party for PGDM students (2019–21) was held on 29th September 2019 at RCM’s open auditorium. This year, seniors welcomed their juniors with a vibrant Hawaiian Theme.
Students dressed in flowery shirts, gowns, and garlands, creating a lively island atmosphere. The evening was filled with DJ music, dance, mimicry, ramp walks, and cultural performances.

Chief Guest Mr. Saroj Dash, National Co-ordinator of Kanyaa Anmol Hai (KAH), inspired students to support underprivileged girls. Chairman Dr. Prabir Pal, Dean Dr. Sanghmitra Pal, and Director Dr. Pritam Pal encouraged students to sharpen skills, stay confident, and aim for excellence.
The evening ended with a delicious Hawaiian-themed dinner, making it a truly unforgettable freshers party.
MBA Freshers Party 2019: Jungle Paradise
The MBA freshers party for the 2018–20 batch took place on 21st September 2019 with the theme “Jungle Paradise.” The decorations showcased jungle paintings and posters, symbolizing the professional world as a jungle where teamwork and coexistence matter.
Chief Guest Dr. Priti Ranjan Majhi highlighted the importance of multidimensional growth during the MBA journey. Prof. Biswajit Rout emphasized simplifying finance for non-finance students.

BBA Freshers Party 2019: Masquerade Fiesta
On 26th–27th September 2019, seniors hosted the BBA freshers party with the theme “Masquerade Fiesta.” Students dressed in elegant attire and masks, adding mystery and style to the celebration.
Key moments included games, interactive sessions, and a slideshow introducing freshers to RCM’s campus and faculty.

- Fashion parade and mimicry
Chairman Dr. Prabir Pal motivated students to seize opportunities, while Principal Dr. Priti Ranjan Majhi stressed building strong fundamentals. Dean Dr. Sanghmitra Pal assured students of RCM’s role in preparing them for the competitive job market.
The two-day celebration ended with dinner, laughter, and countless memories, making the freshers party a grand success.
