The UGC Chairman Mamidala Jagadesh Kumar has announced that the deadline for the submission of the CUET UG 2023 application form has been extended. The application process for the Common University Entrance Test-UG commenced on February 9 and earlier, the deadline to submit the application form was March 12, 2023.
As expected, the last date for the submission of the CUET UG 2023 application form has been extended. Announcing the same, UGC chairman Mamidala Jagadesh Kumar took to his Twitter handle and shared that the deadline for CUET 2023 application submission and fee payment is March 30, 2023.
The application process for the Common University Entrance Test- UG commenced on February 9, 2023, and earlier, the last date to submit the online application form was March 12, 2023. Candidates who wish to be admission to central and state universities for undergraduate courses can apply online at the official website of CUET – cuet.samarth.ac.in.
This year, the number of practicing universities has increased so far from 90 to 168 for admission to UG courses. However, it was expected that the last date of the CUET application will be extended as the number of participating universities has increased gradually.
The CUET UG 2023 exam is set to be held from May 21 to May 31, 2023. Once the applications are closed, the CUET application window will be opened from April 1 to April 3, 2023. The exam city for CUET 2023 will be issued on April 30, 2023.
