THROWBALL(WOMEN)

Throwball is a team sport with 10 players per team, 7 active players during play, and 3 substitutes.
Matches consist of best-of-3 sets, with each set played to 15 points using rally scoring.
Players must catch the ball with both hands and return it with one hand only
The serving player must release the ball from above the shoulder/shoulder line.
Service balls must not touch the net.
Double touches are not allowed when receiving the service ball.
The service must be executed within 5 seconds after the whistle blows.
Service must be done from the service zone without crossing the end line.
Balls falling on the box line or in the dead zone are considered fouls.
Players must maintain a 2-3-2 position during service.
Shifting the ball from right to left or loft to right results in penalty points.
Each set allows two 30-second timeouts.
Players must wear proper uniforms with numbered jerseys (1-12) on the front side.
Simultaneous catching by two players results in point loss for the team.
Final match will be of 21 points of 3 set.
