What is Pakshala?
Paakshala is not just a food fest – it’s a celebration of flavors, passion, and talent. From student-run stalls to fiery intercollegiate food battles, Paakshala brings the essence of India’s street food, gourmet experiments, and culinary arts under one vibrant roof.

Rules and Regulations:
- For all restaurants, the competition is from Day 1 to Day 5 (last day). Restaurants will be awarded on the basis of Rating, Highest Sale (coupons to be counted), Service, Taste, and Customer Feedback.
- They should bring their own required items. Registration should be done through online link.
- Food stall should be set up before 8:30 AM.
- The food stall timing is from 9:30 AM to 9:00 PM.
- Both UG and PG students will take part.
FOR RCM STUDENTS
Day 1 – RCM students can put up their stalls for selling only, and there will be no competition.
WINNERS: ₹ 25,000
RUNNERS-UP: ₹ 15,000
Day 2 – Food Fight Fiesta

Rules and Regulations:
- Inter-college students' competition along with RCM students
- Competition between restaurants remains the same
- RCM students will compete only with other college participants and not with the restaurants
- Registration should be done through online
- They should follow safety hazards
- Registration amount for other college students is ₹1000/- (No stall charges applied for any student participants)
- Winners on the basis of coupons, selling, taste, feedback, and ratings
