The agreement aims to provide students with better employability outcomes. This will help students cater to the demands of the constantly changing workplaces.
A statement from AICTE said that the agreement will enable all the institutions affiliated with AICTE to extend online career development webinars to their students. These webinars will focus on growth mindset, influence, digital intelligence, career intelligence, and cultural intelligence.
AICTE Chairman T. G. Sitharam said while signing the agreement: โStudents and stakeholders should be prepared for future jobs and roles assigned to industry 4.0.” He added that students should be provided better employability outcomes by introducing experience in their education. This will help them cope with the rapid changes in their workplaces.
