The All India Council For Technical Education (AICTE) has released an important notice on scholarships for 2022-23.
The All India Council For Technical Education has invited online proposals from approved institutions for disbursement of Post Graduate (PG) Scholarship to students admitted in AICTE approved Institutes / Programs and within the approved intake of M.E/ M. Tech/M. Pharm/ M. Arch/ M. Des through DBT for the first-year students of the academic year 2022-23 having qualifying marks with valid GATE/GPAT/CEED scorecards.
AICTE has asked institutes to upload the eligible PG Students’ details on the AICTE portal on or before December 15, 2022, and distribute the Unique ID generated by the system to all the PG students admitted in AICTE approved Institutes/ Programs.
Details On AICTE Notice:
Opening date of the portal for creation of student’s ID by the Institutes / Online submission of application by the students: September 1
Last date for the creation of the student’s ID by the Institutes/ Online submission of application by the student: November 30, 2022
The last date for verification by the Institute: is December 15, 2022
“All students undergoing Post Graduate courses having valid GATE/GPAT/CEED score and admitted in AICTE approved Institutes/Programs and within approved intake shall collect the Unique ID from the institute,” the AICTE notice read.
Only an Aadhaar active savings bank account will be considered since the PG Scholarship is released through the Aadhaar Bridge Payment System (ABPS) mode through the Public Financial Management System (PFMS), the notice added.
