On May 5, 2023, the National Testing Agency (NTA) will stop accepting registrations for the Common University Entrance Test (CUET) for post-graduate (PG) programmes. According to the official website, cuet.nta.nic.in, interested candidates have until 9.50 p.m. today to complete the registration process and submit the application. The application fee may be paid up until 11.50 p.m.
The registration deadline had been set for April 19, 2023. However, because of the ongoing pandemic situation in the nation, the NTA extended the registration deadlines. For admission to several postgraduate studies given by central universities throughout India, the CUET PG 2023 exam is held.
Candidates interested in appearing for the CUET PG 2023 must fulfill the eligibility criteria set by the respective universities. They must have completed their graduation or equivalent degree from a recognized university with a minimum of 50 % aggregate marks. In addition to this, candidates are required to upload their scanned photograph, signature, and other relevant documents while filling out the application form.
Once the application process is completed, candidates can download their admit cards from the official website, cuet.nta.nic.in. The exam date, time, and center details will be mentioned on the admit card. Candidates are advised to carry a valid photo ID proof along with their admit card to the exam center.
Here are the steps to apply online for CUET PG 2023:
Step 1: Visit the official website of CUET PG 2023, i.e., cuet.nta.nic.in.
Step 2: Click on the “Apply Online” button on the home page.
Step 3: Fill in the registration form with the required details, including personal, educational, and communication details.
Step 4: Choose a password and a security question and answer, and enter the Captcha code as displayed.
Step 5: Submit the registration form, and the system will generate a unique application number.
Step 6: Use the application number and password to log in to the application portal.
Step 7: Fill in the application form with the required information, including educational qualifications, personal details, and other relevant information.
Step 8: Upload a scanned copy of the recent photograph and a signature as per the guidelines provided on the website.
Step 9: Review the application form and click on the “Submit” button.
Step 10: Pay the application fee online using a debit card, credit card, or net banking, at your convenience.
Sep 11: Download and print the confirmation page for future reference.
