RULES OF THE GAMES

Open and individual tournament.
If it is a player’s turn to move, is not in check , and has no legal moves, it is a “statement”, and the game will end. Points will determine the winner.
No need to record moves.
Time format – 10 + 5(10 min total time with 5 seconds increment for move.)
Participants are requested to report 15 minutes before the scheduled match time.
If it is a player’s turn to move is not in check and has no legal moves. It is a ‘STATEMENT’.
No argument with the arbiter, if happens the individual shall be disqualified.
