Participants navigated through rapid-fire quizzes, strategic discussions, and problem-solving tasks, reflecting real-world hiring scenarios. The event emphasized quick thinking, teamwork, and effective communication, providing a comprehensive experience of the recruitment landscape.
Event Highlights
- Eligibility: Open to undergraduate and postgraduate students from any academic discipline.
- Team Composition: Teams were required to bring 1 or 2 CVs.
- Job Description (JD): Provided to all teams to simulate real-world recruitment tasks.
- Discussion Time: Each team was allotted 1 hour for internal discussion and strategy formulation.
- Evaluation Criteria: Winners and runners-up were determined based on judgment and recruitment ability.
