It involves bullying, coercion of a sexual nature, or unwelcome promises of rewards in exchange for sexual favors. Such acts are gross violations of an individual’s rights to equality and dignity, leading to both mental and physical harm while creating a discriminatory work environment. This MDP Event is designed to create awareness, provide understanding, and equip participants with tools to prevent and address sexual harassment at the workplace effectively.
