This MDP Event is designed to create awareness, provide understanding, and equip participants with tools to prevent and address sexual harassment at the workplace effectively.

Program Details
Sexual harassment in the workplace is a pressing issue that not only causes harm to individuals but also disrupts organizational harmony. This session will focus on creating awareness about the Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) Act and providing participants with actionable strategies for addressing and preventing such incidents.
Objective
- To create awareness about the advent and purpose of the POSH Act.
- To understand what constitutes sexual harassment.
- To be sensitized about the legal ramifications of sexual harassment.
- To understand the duties of an employer under POSH.
- To comprehend the process of redressal for complaints arising from workplace harassment.
