We believe in shaping the future by empowering leaders from all walks of life. In collaboration with Regional College of Management, we are proud to present “LUMORA: Luminous to Legendary”, an exclusive leadership workshop designed to inspire, elevate, and transform members of the transgender community into leaders who leave a lasting legacy.

This event is a proud initiative under the RCM Inclusive Leadership Series, bringing together accomplished leaders, innovative minds, and emerging visionaries to foster growth, resilience, and impactful leadership for the transgender community.
