A comprehensive initiative capturing the experiences of 500 women leaders through interviews, discussions, and a published book, highlighting challenges, support mechanisms, and actionable strategies to advance women in leadership.

  • Selection of Participants: Each session will cover 20 to 30 women leaders from diverse sectors, including business, academia, Civil service, healthcare, technology, and more.
  • Format: 10 interactive sessions featuring interviews and discussions.
  • Key Questions:
    • How did you reach where you are today?
    • What challenges did you face in your leadership journey?
    • What support do you require to move to the next level?
  • Data Collection: Insights will be documented through recorded interviews, transcripts, and participant feedback.
  • Publication: The findings will be consolidated into a book capturing key themes, experiences, and recommendations.
  • Panel Discussion: A concluding session will bring together policymakers, industry leaders, and other stakeholders to discuss actionable support strategies for women leaders.
