Paakshala is one of the most vibrant and flavorful highlights of Brahmastra 2026. Known for its energetic atmosphere and creative spirit, it transforms the RCM campus into a lively culinary destination where students, aspiring chefs, and food enthusiasts celebrate the art of cooking.
As a signature college food festival in Bhubaneswar, Paakshala blends competition, creativity, and entrepreneurship — combining traditional flavors with modern ideas across five electrifying days.

Flavour Junction fuses ingredients, techniques, and bold tastes into innovative dishes in a high-stakes clash—open exclusively to restaurants. Judges score taste harmony, creative edge, and visual impact to crown the ultimate flavor kings.
Rules and Regulations:
(For all types Of Restaurants)
- 7th April-11th April 2026(Day 1-Day 5)
- For restaurants, the competition runs from Day 1 to Day 5,
- The Competitions Opens From 9AM-10 PM.
- Winners Will Be Based On selling price, customer rating, popularity, hygiene
- They should bring their own required items.
- Registration should be done through the online or cash.
- Food stalls should be setup before 8:30 AM.
- 10% of selling price to be given to college.

Food Fight Fiesta
Every Bite Battle for Glory
Food Fight Fiesta unleashes fast-paced wars with limited ingredients, tight timers, and surprise challenges—exclusively for students who will put up their own stalls. Speed, teamwork, and killer taste decide who claims glory in this frenzy.

- This competition is for 2 days only.
- All students are invited for the competition & they will be participating in group, and each group should have maximum 4 members.
- Student participants should provide their menu & stall name by 5th April 2026 by 5 PM. Registration should be done through online mode.
- They should follow all safety & hygiene measure.
- Winners will be awarded on the basis of Selling, Taste, popularity and customer Ratings.
- Winners on the basis of coupons, selling, taste, feedback, and ratings
