Hosted by the Regional College of Management, Brahmastra has steadily grown into a powerful platform over the past five years. In this context, I extend my heartfelt gratitude to members of the print and electronic media. Moreover, they have consistently acted as strong pillars supporting this initiative. Because of this, this journey would not have been possible without their unwavering support. Looking ahead, their role remains not only important but truly invaluable to the continued growth of Brahmastra.

Brahmastra, scheduled from April 7 to April 11, represents a journey of transformation. Moreover, over the years, we have introduced powerful thematic verticals — Brahmastra, Chakravyuh, Kurukshetra, and Drona — each of which symbolises different dimensions of talent, strategy, and excellence.
As a result, our vision is to institutionalise this concept into a national movement. In other words, this is not just about RCM or Odisha — rather, it is about bringing together talent from across India.
This year, participants will showcase excellence in arts, sports, intellect, and character. Therefore, we seek your support and blessings as we continue to build this platform into something truly transformative.
At the Regional College of Management, our primary goal is holistic student development. While classroom learning builds academic knowledge, platforms like Brahmastra also ensure the development of physical, mental, and intellectual capabilities.

Over the past month, our students have been working tirelessly to make this event a grand success. They have demonstrated real-world leadership by connecting with over 200 colleges and 100+ corporate organisations, inviting participation and collaboration.

Brahmastra is not just a fest — it is a live industry simulation. Through initiatives like hackathons, students are given real-world problem statements from industries. Over 100 participants collaborate to solve these challenges, gaining exposure to real-life business scenarios.
This platform allows students to not only showcase their talent but also learn from peers across diverse environments. Our aim is to create an energetic ecosystem where innovation, creativity, and practical learning thrive.
