    The development of professional competencies and diversified skills are the cornerstones of any career ladder. Adhering to the same, the Placement Committee organizes career proliferation programs where the students are taught excellent Curriculum Vitae writing skills, effective communication, and active participation in group discussions or mock interviews which help the students to hone their placements, and eventually make them ready to excel in the competitive world. The placement committee is a student entrusted body guided by the Placement Chairperson and the Placement Coordinator, which oversees the entire placement process of the institute. It conducts the Summer and the final placement of the season thereby acting as a liaison between the corporates and the students pre-prepped for the placement procedure. The placement committee works proactively to invite companies to the campus to recruit talent. Apart from heading the recruitment process, it plays a pivotal role in farming the recruitment policies of the institution and Organizes Corporate Talks. Business conclaves to invite industry stalwarts to explore and engage with the students at Regional College of Management.

    Our pre-Placement Internships ensure that you learn the depth and rigour of the business world. Internships are a chance to learn from Industry Leaders and impress potential employers.

    Students acquire hands-on experience in the application of basic ideas and functional abilities through a Summer Project with leading Corporate Firms. This ‘Learning by Doing’ approach helps students in connecting the rigor of theory to the realities of business. They complete tasks according to the company’s specifications. The students give a report to the company at the end of an 8-10 week closely guided project under the supervision of a corporate executive. For their outstanding performance throughout their internship, our students have also obtained Pre-Placement Offers (PPOs). We have successfully arranged paid internships for all our students.

Years Legacy

The pillars of any career ladder are the acquisition of diverse skills and professional competencies. The placement chairperson and the placement coordinator serve as the committee’s leaders. It oversees the summer placement as well as the season’s final placement, serving as a liaison between the businesses and the students who are ready for the placement process.  

PRP Training

The RCM PRP involves mock interview sessions with mentors to help individuals improve their interview skills for final placement.
