Regional College of Management (RCM) has achieved the successful completion of campus placements for the year 2018-19. The record was of 94% for the MBA and PGDM batch of 2017-2019. The industry has yet again made renewed commitment to our students by offering diverse profiles.Â

Summer Internship
The Cell is lead by Prof. Sushant Nanda, an alumnus of Symbiosis Institute of business Management with over three decades of rich experience in Industry and academia. The team is supported by Mr. Sudhir Kumar Sahoo, Mr. Malaya Das and Ms. Narmada Nayak.During the second trimester, the students are briefed about the importance of Summer Internship Program and it’s relevance to the Industry. The students are divided on the basis of their locational preferences and the verticals in which they wish to work (like Marketing, Finance, HR etc.).
Training & Consultancy
The Academic and Personal Counseling Department along with the faculty members guides the students, within the Training and Placement Cell, to channelize their career path. All the students are provided with such counseling by the teachers or mentors or counselors of various departments regarding their academic progress as well as their future prospective.
The T and P cell is also engaged in disseminating information about different job opportunities and self-employment in Government and Non- Government organizations.
