The Front Office Executive serves as a keen observant while monitoring the reception area. The position is responsible for access control for incoming and outgoing visitors, reviews CCTV, assists with mail deliveries, and performs administrative duties.
Essential Functions:

We are hiring for Front office Executive – Female for Bhubaneswar
Candidates should have experience of 1+ year and above.
Must have a pleasant personality.
Experience in Administration or Commercial related activities will be given preference in addition to above.
Any additional qualification in management studies is desirable
Provide Front desk reception duties for the office which includes handling of all phone calls and manage internal & external customers timely and professionally.
Command in spoken and written English with good communication abilities. Familiar with local language of Kannada is required.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point)Interpersonal, administration and organisation skills.
Ability to coordinate with company officials and visitors.
Proven experience as front desk representative.
Familiarity with office facilities handling.
Coordination and cooperation with other departments Proficiency in appointments scheduling and cold calling Good Communication Skill ,Good Computer skill, MS Office ,Handling complete front office related assignments.
Effective handling of inbound and outbound courier/postal materials.
Recording the complaints, problem and queries and log them to the concerned agencies to attend the same.
