Activities-: Seminars
These seminars are special topic sessions, where experts interact with RCM students on the current issues. These issues could be related to economic, political, industrial, technological, industrial or social aspects. The sessions help the students understands the challenges and emerging opportunities in the global market.
Industrial Exposure:
On a regular basis recognized professionals from industry and business community have regular interaction with the students. In this way, theoretical concepts learned in the class are related to real business situations. Assignments relevant to these seminars and talks are given in the class and students are required to present oral and written reports. This strengthens their knowledge and also improves their industry exposure.
Study Tours:
Study tours are organized to provide students experience in the globalized corporate business environment. During a 1-2 week trip, students visit selected corporations, commercial centers, public and private firms around the country, where they observe various industries and meet with the management. Students are required to prepare project reports based on their study tour experiences.
Career Development Activities:
The competitive advantage of RCM’s career development services places the students caliber in the right job. RCM enjoys a solid reputation among recruiters. The caliber of its students & the efficiency of RCM career development services provides a distinctly competitive edge for job opportunities.
The office of Career Development serves students by addressing there career development and employment needs. Students receive individual attention in formulating, exploring and implementing career options. Expert assist in choosing career paths, prepare resumes, improving interview skills, evaluating the job market, developing network and contacts, conducting a job search and negotiating offers of employment.
Career Seminars:
Major national and international companies are regularly invited on-campus to interview RCM Post-Graduates. Recruiters pre-placement talk (PPT) and interaction exposes students to varied job opportunities.
Social Activities-: Welcome Fresher’s
The college organizes a grand gala welcome to introduce and orient the faculty, senior students and process to the freshers. Freshers also get to know each other and enjoy some time together over banquet dinner and other entertainment programs during the day.
AADYA (Women Day Celebration):
Regional College of Management celebrates the spirit of womanhood by organizing the Centenary year celebration of International women's Day titled 'AADYA'. The programme included a Seminar related to 'Women Entrepreneurship‘ which is followed by other activities for a period of two days on campus.
RIPPLES (Annual Day Celebration):
Regional College of Management celebrates its annual day with pomp and show at the campus. Other than entertainment programs, sports events, quiz competition along with other mind tantalizing activities and events.
ABHIPITVA (The Alumni Homecoming):
The alumni home coming is a function greeting the treasured alumni of RCM. This allows the students to utilize time with the alumni and learn from their experiences and wisdom, also at the same time and learn from theire experiences and wisdom, also at the same time an event to strengthen the ever growing network of RCM College.
